WESTERN NEWFOUNDLAND
SAMPLE TOUR ITINERARY:

Our journey begins at Port Aux Basques Ferry Terminal and proceeds north visiting Cheeseman Provincial Park,spending the night in Stephenville Crossing.

Day 2: will take us to Gros Morne National Park, staying nearby for the night.

Day 3: heading north up the Northern Peninsula visiting Port Au Choix, fishing capital of the French Shore,staying nearby.

Day 4: takes us to L'Anse Aux Meadows spending the night in St.Anthony, home of the Grenfel Mission.

Day 5: Back south staying near Rocky Harbor and Gros Morne.

Day 6: Explore Codroy Valley area for waterfowl and Seabirds.

Day 7: Back toward Port Aux Basques with this day to adapt to changes in plans. End of trip.

EASTERN NEWFOUNDLAND
SAMPLE TOUR ITINERARY:

Our journey begins at St.John's international airport and an exploration of the city, night on the town.

Day 2: Will take us to Bay Bulls and a boat trip for seabirds, whales, icebergs.

Day 3: heading south around the "Irish Loop" we will visit Chance Cove Provincial Park,Cape Race, St.Shotts looking for caribou, ptarmigan, icebergs and enjoying local culture.

Day 4: We visit Cape St.Mary's and its seabirds, tour the visitor center, watch caribou, whales.

Day 5: Heading north we leave the Avalon Peninsula for Terra Nova National Park.

Day 6: We take a leisurely drive around Bonavista Bay visiting villages, people.

Day 7: Back to St.John's and a visit to the easternmost point in North America, Cape Spear, End of trip.
